Fargo · West Fargo · Moorhead

AI consulting for Fargo–Moorhead businesses.

Practical AI and automation for the businesses that keep this region running — from a local consultant with a background in manufacturing management.

  • Meet in person or by video
  • Plain English, no jargon
  • Start with one real problem

Why local

Someone who can walk your floor.

Across the table, not across the country

We can sit down at your office or shop, see how work actually moves, and talk with the people doing it. That’s where the real opportunities show up.

Operations first, technology second

Ben spent more than 20 years leading teams and operations, including in manufacturing. Recommendations start from how your business runs — not from a software pitch.

Sized for businesses like yours

Many businesses here are owner-led, with small teams wearing a lot of hats. We start with one problem and a budget that makes sense, not an enterprise program.

Where it happens

Every industry has its own friction.

Pick yours. We’ll start there.

What we help with

Four places to start.

Most first projects fall into one of these.

Automate repetitive work

Data entry, documents, reports and handoffs that eat hours every week.

AI automation services

Respond to customers faster

Missed calls, slow quotes and follow-ups that slip through the cracks.

Connect the tools you have

Stop re-typing the same information into three different systems.

Decide from real numbers

Pull scattered data together so the answers are there when you need them.

How it starts

Three steps. No big commitment.

  1. Step 01

    A free 15-minute conversation

By phone, video or over coffee. Bring one problem that costs you time or customers.

  2. Step 02

An assessment of how work really runs

On site where it helps. We map the process, the people and the tools, and find what’s worth changing.

  3. Step 03

A clear plan, then the build

What to do first, what it will take, and what to leave alone. Then we build it with you.

Built by Ben

Proof, not promises.

Two things I built with AI — one for my work, one for my church.

AIM Assess: a guided business interview with a live transcript and an AI collaborator panel

My light-bulb moment

AIM Assess

I come from manufacturing management, so I know how businesses run — but not every industry. I built this AI interview guide to bridge that gap. It helps me ask the right questions anywhere and spot what matters as we talk. I use it on every assessment, the same way I’ll help you use AI in your business.

Stand Firm: a game character in armor, with the current quest “Shield of Faith, Ephesians 5:1-2”

For the kids at my church

Stand Firm

A Scripture memory game where kids earn armor as they master each passage. It’s built real excitement among the kids about learning Scripture.

Questions

Common questions

Do you meet in person?

Yes. For businesses in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead and nearby, we can meet at your office or shop, which is often the best way to see how work actually moves. Video calls work too.

What area do you serve?

Fargo, West Fargo, Horace, Moorhead, Dilworth and the surrounding Red River Valley, on both the North Dakota and Minnesota sides. Businesses outside the area can work with us by video.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses: manufacturers, distributors and logistics companies, trades and home services, and professional services firms. If your team spends hours on repetitive work, chasing information, or re-typing data between systems, there is usually something worth looking at.

What does AI consulting cost?

The first 15-minute conversation is free. After that, cost depends on the size of the problem, the systems involved and how much support you want. We scope the work after an assessment, so you know what you are paying for before you commit.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the knowledge of your business; we handle the technology and explain it in plain English. Most of the first conversation is about how your work runs today, not about software.

Where should we start?

With one problem that costs you time or customers every week. Try the two-minute Opportunity Finder to see where AI could fit, or book a free 15-minute conversation and bring that one problem with you.

Let’s solve something.

A free 15-minute conversation. Bring one problem — leave with a clearer next step.
